Recent Arrests: Medfield Man Charged With Assault and Battery
Man arrested after woman at Wilkens Glen Road reported party "was going to kill her" on Feb. 24.
A Medfield man was arrested and charged with assault and battery after allegedly threatening a woman on Wilkens Glen Road on Feb. 24, according to police reports.
Charles Daniel, 55, was arrested after Medfield Police responded to a call from a woman at Wilkens Glen Road stating Daniel was "going to kill me," according to police reports.
Medfield Police Sergeant, Ray Burton and a Millis Ambulance responded to the scene but the woman refused medical treatment at the scene. However, at 8:22 p.m., Medfield ambulance notified the desk officer it had the patient and was enroute to Norwood Hospital, according to police reports.

Sergeant Burton reported at 8 p.m. that he had Daniel under arrest and placed in cell No. 2 at 8:57 p.m. Daniel was "bailed"at 9:21 p.m., according to police reports.
Man on Frairy Street Arrested on Three Warrant Charges

Samuel Walsh, 48, was arrested at his Frairy Street apartment on March 2 after Medfield Police successfully served three warrants.
Walsh was arrested and charged at 8:27 a.m. with two out of town warrants for felonies related to fraud, according to police and one warrant for a stolen motor vehicle license plate. Sergeant Ray Burton transported the prisoner to Dedham Court at 9:34 a.m.
Medfield Police attempted twice to serve Walsh the warrants on Monday, Feb. 28 but Walsh was not home either time. The first attempt came at 6:59 p.m. and the second at 10:27 p.m.
Motor Vehicle Stop Leads to Arrest of Medfield Woman
Theresa Lynch, 46, of 89 Pleasant St., was arrested on a default warrant for operating after a suspended a license, issued by the Walpole Police Department, according to police reports.
At 6:38 p.m. on Feb. 26, Medfield police officer James O'Neil reported he stopped Lynch in a white, 2005 Chevrolet Classic Sedan along North Meadows Road. At 8:56 p.m., officer O'Neil reported he was transporting Lynch to the station under arrest. Lynch left the station at 8:08 p.m.
