Highlights from police and fire logs.

Wednesday, March 16:

2:06 p.m. – Individual from Kenney Road called emergency 911 to request an ambulance for her husband who was having difficulty breathing. 2:06 p.m. the paramedics were notified and enroute from Dover. At 2:15 p.m. the paramedics were out at the scene and at 2:26 p.m. the ambulance was enroute to Norwood Hospital with the patient.

4:29 p.m. – Cell caller reported a green Dodge van was all over the road on Route 109 in the center of town, heading towards Shaw’s. West Police and Medfield Police cruisers notified.

9:08 p.m. – Caller reported a heavy set white male driving a dark color Sedan was going door to door in an attempt to deliver a package.

Thursday, March 17:

12:03 a.m. – Officer Daniel Pellegrini was on radar at Main Street and issued zero citations.

9:05 a.m. – Officer Bento reported a heavy limb on the wire on Pine Street. NSTAR notified.

9:56 a.m. – Officer Flaherty was on radar on Orchard Street and issued a written warning.

10:19 a.m. – 911 hang up from Kettle Pond Way. Desk officer called back and got answering machine. Officer spoke to home owner and did not know why the call came into the station.

10:40 a.m. – 911 call came in from Forest Street. Individual said it was not an emergency. Desk officer called back and got answering machine. Officer reported it was accidental.

11:04 a.m. – Officer Sallale was on radar at the Peak House on Main Street.

12:56 p.m. – Officer issued a citation on a motor vehicle stop at Main Street.

1:50 p.m. – Officer O’Neil issued a verbal warning on a motor vehicle stop at Dunkin’ Donuts on Main Street.

2:13 p.m. – Officer Sallale reported a dump truck was broken down and waiting for a tow truck on Pound Street. The School Department was notified.

2:19 p.m. – Officer Gerlach reported a minor motor vehicle collision on Main and Pound Street. Report was filed.

3:57 p.m. – Caller reported a car parked half on the street and on the side of the road on South Street. Officer spoke to home owner and the owner will move the car.

6:31 p.m. – Cell caller reported the railroad lights were going off at Dale Street with no train. Officer notified to check the railroad lights in the center of town. The train had just come through town, according to the officer. CSX was notified regarding the Dale Street railroad crossing lights.

6:51 p.m. – Caller reported a stray dog in her yard with Medway tags. Animal Control notified.

8:07 p.m. – Caller reported her car will be parked in the CVS parking lot over night. She will have it towed in the morning.

8:34 p.m. – 911 caller reported she wanted an ambulance for her husband who was having chest pains and shortness of breath. Ambulance was enroute to Norwood Hospital with patient.

8:45 p.m. – Fire alarm sounded at Noon Hill Grill on Main Street. All units cleared and reported no problem.

8:57 p.m. – Caller from Brook Street reported a dog at the condos. Woman wanted somebody to speak to the owner. Officer reported no dog was barking and nobody was living in the condos.

9:10 p.m. – Officer reported he was out on Main and South Streets with a female sitting on the wall. Officer reported no problem.

10:08 p.m. – Caller reported she hit a deer on Hartford Street near Rocky Woods. Animal Control notified.

Friday, March 18:

4:55 a.m. – Caller reported a subject banging on the door at building 10 of Wilkens Glen Road apartments. The subject was a Walpole resident and was looking for his girlfriend, who lives at the building.

5:42 a.m. – Fire alarm sounded at Meadowview Apartments on Frairy Street. All units were cleared, reported a faulty detector.

8:48 a.m. – Officer Bento went to Town Hall to pick up and post the warrants.

9:06 a.m. – Fire Department reported there was a stray dog reported to them. Animal Control notified.

10:11 a.m. – Caller requested the ambulance for a child on Oak Street. Ambulance was enroute to Norwood Hospital.

10:26 a.m. – Caller reported a disable motor vehicle in a bad spot on Curve and Spring Streets. Officer reported driver requested a tow. Assured Collision towing notified and will respond. Officer transporting one to CVS.

11:06 a.m. – Caller requested the ambulance for his wife on Planting Field Road. Ambulance enroute to Norwood Hospital.

12:33 p.m. – Two vehicles were parked by Hospital Road railroad crossing.

12:50 p.m. – Caller reported a dirt bike in the sand pit behind Wheelock School. Officer reported gone on arrival.

1:51 p.m. – Received from Dedham Court 258e Harassment Prevention Order extension. Order now expires March 28. Placed into files.

2:25 p.m. – Officer Sallale on a motor vehicle stop.

2:29 p.m. – Individual came in the station to speak to an officer regarding vandalism of a motor vehicle. Officer O’Neil spoke to individual and viewed the damage.

3:51 p.m. – ONSTAR reported motorist accident on Main Street by Nye Road, with unknown injuries. Three vehicles were involved. Assured Collision towing responded to tow two vehicles.

4:20 p.m. – Two motorists reported a large limb in roadway a quarter mile past transfer station in Northbound lane heading towards Sherborn on North Meadows Road. Sergeant Burton removed branch off roadway with assistance of Fire Department.

5:20 p.m. – Sherborn Police Department reported they had a mother and daughter fighting inside the car, possibly heading towards Medfield on Route 27. Vehicle was a gold Cadillac. Officer Flaherty checked area but reported gone on arrival.

6:40 p.m. – Woman came into the station to speak to an officer about an ongoing problem with her son’s grave plot at Vine Lake Cemetery.

8:18 p.m. – Ambulance reported they received a call from a medical transport from resident of Hale Place.

8:39 p.m. – Caller on Farm Street reported two cars with kids in parking lot of Old Heritage Hill Vet. They were lighting something on fire. Sergeant Ray Burton responded and spoke to several youths and removed them from the area.

10:05 p.m. – Dover requested a cruiser to handle alarm at Bank of America ATM at Dover Market. All cars were on other calls. Sergeant Burton responded and reported finding an unlocked door to the store. Dover Police notified and would send someone.

11:28 p.m. – Caller reported from Haven Road that youths were making a disturbance in the fields behind the Elm Street School. Officers reported gone on arrival.

Saturday, March 19:

4:01 a.m. – Caller reported her car was broken into on Ledgetree Road by two males with flashlights. One was spotted and left in Jeep vehicle headed towards Nebo Street. Caller reported car across the street was broken into. Officers responded and checked area.

8:31 a.m. – Individual on Stagecoach Road called to report his 17-year-old daughter was in and out of consciousness. Officer and medics notified. Patient transported to Norwood Hospital.

10:05 a.m. – Dover Police Department called to report a car parked at the high school since 4:30 a.m. and checks out to Medfield resident .

10:51 a.m. –Woman from Green Street called to report a stray dog in the area of Green Street at Flintlock Lane.

10:56 a.m. – Individual from South Street called emergency 911 to report her daughter not feeling well and had a temperature of 103.3. Ambulance transported patient to Norwood Hospital.

11:17 a.m. – Individual from Planting Field Road called to report his mailbox was smashed and also his neighbor’s mailbox was smashed. Man wanted to speak to an officer.

12:36 p.m. – Individual from Woodridge Road walked in to the station to speak to an officer about some items that were taken at 31 Maple Ln. Officers notified.

12:55 p.m. – Several calls on a suspicious vehicle behind 120 North Meadows Rd. It’s possible people are trying to push car into the water. Officer Sallale responded. Sergeant Burton reported it was his father teaching his son how to drive.

2:26 p.m. – Manager of Zebra Bistro on North Street called emergency 911 to report a group of kids skate boarding behind the property of the loading dock. Manager asked kids to leave but kids refused. Officer notified and spoke with kids, who went on their way.

5:46 p.m. – Life Line alarm company called to report they received a call from individual on Pound Street that the person fell down and needed help up. Man stated he was not hurt. Ambulance was enroute to LM Hospital with patient.

9:40 p.m. – Officer Sallale reported he would be out on Noon Hill Road on the Causeway Street end, checking a suspicious vehicle. Officer requested a tow at 9:46 p.m. Officer Kearns was out with officer Sallale at 9:46 p.m. Officer Kearns reported at 10:19 p.m. he would be in the station with two so they could call for a ride. Summons was issued to a Waban individual for operating after revocation of registration.

11:08 p.m. – Individual from Ridge Road called to report a group at the end of the road drinking. Officer notified. Caller called back to report kids took off in three vehicles.

Sunday, March 20:

7:25 a.m. - Caller reported smoke alarm going off at Grist Mill Road. No fire or smoke reported.

12:29 p.m. – Caller reported she had a sick raccoon in her backyard. Animal Control notified.

1:46 p.m. – Caller reported she had a low hanging wire in her yard. Maybe a Comcast line. Fire Department notified.

Monday, March 21:

12:08 a.m. - Unknown caller reported loud music coming from Wilkens Glen Road. Officer notified. Officer Dinatale reported on arrival there was no loud music but spoke to home owner, who said they will try and keep the music down.
