1:11 p.m., Hilltop Circle. Walk-in report of a large branch still on the power lines that poses a great safety issue even though it is taped off.
2:36 p.m., Pound Street. Medfield Fire responded to Tilden Village for a medical emergency.
4:29 p.m., Main Street. Alarm company notified police of a panic alarm on Main Street. Police discovered that NStar was hooking up the power.
6 p.m., North Meadows Road. Caller reported the car in front of her is "all over the road." First the car was on North Meadows Road, then turned onto West Street heading toward Millis and was driving on the wrong side of the road. Medfield contacted Millis police who checked out the car and said there was no problem, just heavy rain.
6:10 p.m., Wildwood Drive. Walk-in report of larceny on Wildwood Drive where someone went through his car and stole his laptop.
Halloween: Wednesday, Oct. 31
4:57 a.m., Pound Street. Medfield Fire responded to a medical emergency at Tilden Village. Patient was taken to Norwood Hospital.
6:20 a.m., Fox Lane. Caller reported a detour sign was needed due to a low wire. DPW and NStar were notified.
10:09 a.m., Pleasant Court. Norfolk County Sheriff Office called to request help with an eviction on Pleasant Court.
10:29 a.m., Pleasant Court. Medfield Fire requested police on Pleasant Court for sudden death.
10:53 a.m., Blacksmith Drive. Police responded to house alarm; Dover Police called for backup but cancelled when Medfield discovered the house was secure.
12:17 p.m., Saw Mill and Country Way. Caller reported the NStar van that was at the corner is no longer there and she is concerned about the downed wires for the trick or treaters tonight. NStar was notified and they submitted another ticket to look at the wires down.
12:27 p.m., statewide. Massachusetts State Police issued a recording for an Amber Alert out of Westfield.
2:15 p.m., Spring Street. Caller reported a car "all over the road." License plate was registered to Millis. Police did not find car.
2:25 p.m., Wood End Lane. Walk-in report from a resident concerned her street still does not have power and that will affect the children during trick or treat.
6:27 p.m., Cross Street. Medfield Fire responded to a caller who thought her husband was having a stroke. He was taken to Norwood Hospital.
7:12 p.m., Stagecoach Road. Caller reported a DHL truck at the end of Stagecoach that had been there for a while. Police said the man was on the phone.
7:36 p.m., Elm Street. Police noticed two cars parked behind the Wheelock School and nobody around.
11:21 p.m., Hospital Road. The security guard from Medfield State Hospital called to say he saw flashlights around the buildings on the property. He requested help checking the area. They did not find any trespassers.
11:48 p.m., Hospital Road. Police spotted two suspicious vehicles -- a red 2000 Volkswagon Passat and a 2002 Kia Spectra -- at McCarthy Field with no one in them. At 12:05 a.m., the cars left the area.
