8:13 a.m., Gun Hill Road. Caller reported that some jewelry had been stolen from her house.
8:55 a.m., North Street. Police were enforcing traffic at North Street and Deerfield Drive. Two citations were issued.
9:14 a.m., Hearthstone Drive. Caller requested radar be done in her area where cars often drive 60 to 70 mph.
9:55 a.m., Curve Street. Caller reported a car accident involving two neighbors.
11:25 a.m., Main Street. The Fire Department received a call asking that a patient be taken to the hospital.
4:30 p.m., Adams Street. A 911 call came in with no one on the line. Police called the number back and got an answering machine. Police discovered the call was accidental by the babysitter.
5:32 p.m., Juniper Lane. Caller reported a green Jeep filled with kids was speeding through the area.
5:43 p.m., Main Street. Caller reported a car accident at Main and Park Streets.
6:55 p.m., Philip Street. Police received a call of "mischief" regarding cars with youths speeding in the area and pulling up political signs from lawns. Some are on foot. Police spoke to a couple of youths.
9:16 p.m., Wilkins Glen. Caller asked to speak with an officer about an annoying/harassing call her daughter received on her cell phone.
Wednesday, Oct. 24
9:38 a.m., Elm Street. A man walked into the station to report a suspicious female waiving down cars in front of the Wheelock School asking for a ride to work; she told the man she had overslept and needed a ride to work. She was gone when police arrived.
1:55 p.m., Evergreen Way. Caller reported she had left her purse in her unlocked car and now she is missing about $95.00 in cash. She thinks it occurred sometime last evening. Nothing else was missing.
