Police: Driving Without a License, Dead Geese, and More

Friday, Oct. 18

12:10 p.m., Wilkins Glen. An E911 caller requested an ambulance for a 61-year-old woman who was having trouble breathing. She was taken to Norwood Hospital.

12:33 p.m., Green Street. Caller said that a landscape company on Green Street was blowing leaves into her yard. She did not want police to speak with the landscape people.

2:11 p.m., Park Street. Traffic control. No citations issued. 

2:35 p.m., Main Street. Caller said he just left CVS where there was a man sitting in a chair at the photo counter giving the clerk a hard time. Police responded.

3:32 p.m., station. Walk-in report from a man who said his mother went to the hospital today and will not be returning home. 

Saturday, Oct. 19

10:06 a.m., Ledgetree Road. Fire Chief Kingsbury requested a well-being check after a man from the assessors office said he had been trying to locate a homeowner for two days but had no response. Chief Kingsbury spoke with the homeowner, all set. 

11:21 a.m., Noon Hill Road. Caller said she found two two dead Canadian geese near Stop River. Animal Control said they were killed by an animal. She retrieved one of the geese, the other one floated down the river. 

4:54 p.m., Main Street. Car accident with personal injury in front of 489 Main Street. Police are seeking a summons for a 33-year-old resident of Clewes Road, Millis, for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

6 p.m., Spring Street. Traffic control at St. Edward's Church.

7:29 p.m., Elm Street. A suspicious vehicle was removed from the Wheelock School parking lot.

7:36 p.m., South Street. A suspicious vehicle was removed from the Medfield High School parking lot.

7:42 p.m., Pound Street. A suspicious vehicle was noted in the Blake Middle School parking lot. There was no one around. 

7:48 p.m., Elm Street. A suspicious vehicle was noted in the parking lot of the Wheelock School with no one around. 

10:13 p.m., South Street. Two suspicious vehicles were noted in the parking lot of the Medfield High School.
