Sunday, June 2

12:03 a.m., Nebo Street. Caller reported an erratic driver turning onto Nebo Street. Dover and Westwood police were notified. Medfield police has the vehicle on Main Street at Tubwreck. The vehicle will be parked on Tubwreck for the night.

12:25 a.m., Loeffler Lane. Police received a call of mischief on Loeffler Lane. Caller said a group of youths just jumped into her pool. Gone on arrival.

8:14 a.m., 10:14 a.m., 12:31 p.m., 6:48 p.m., Spring Street. Traffic control at St. Edward's Church.

9:17 a.m., Main Street. Traffic control at the United Church of Christ.

11:20 a.m., fire station. Medfield Ambulance was transporting a 43-year-old man with chest pains to the hospital.

12:15 p.m., cemetery. Walk-in report of military service medallions missing from the cemetery.

2:36 p.m., Philip Street. Police noticed a large branch down blocking one lane. Tree warden was notified.

2:56 p.m., Hartford Street. Caller reported a tree trunk that is burning on top of Tower Path at Rocky Woods. Medfield Fire responded.

3:50 p.m., North Street and Farm Street. Caller reported a low branch hanging down in the road. Police removed the branch.

4:10 p.m., High Street. Caller reported an injured baby deer in his yard. Animal Control was notified. Police responded and said no one was home and there was no deer.

4:13 p.m., Hearthstone Drive. Caller reported no power, transformer blew. Medfield Ambulance responded and reported a fuse out at 6 Nebo Street pole. NStar was notified. 

5:08 p.m., Snow Hill Lane. Caller said she heard what sounded like a gunshot coming from a nearby house. Homeowner reported no trouble at the house and they didn't hear anything. Police tried calling back the original caller but the number she provided was out of service. Police tried calling back on the cell phone number the call came in on, but no number. 

6:53 p.m., Stuart Street. Police responded to a family disturbance after a caller said her brother needed help. The man was taken into protective custody for the night.

7:01 p.m., Frairy Street. E911 caller asked to speak with an officer about his daughter's friend who keeps calling their house.

10:59 p.m., Pound Street. Caller requested an ambulance for his mother-in-law who fell at Tilden Village. Medfield Ambulance took her to Needham Hospital.

11:51 p.m., Oak Street. Caller asked to speak to police about a "situation." Police responded.

Monday, June 3

6:43 a.m., Main Street. Caller reported the train went through the center of town, the gate went up but then back down again. Police called CSX Railroad about the problem; they didn't know when a repairman could arrive. Medfield Fire Department tied up the gates. At 7:40 a.m., Medfield Police called CSX again. CSX arrived at 7:47 a.m. At 8:35 a.m., CSX called to say the repairs had been made.

8:20 a.m., station. a Cleanup was needed in one of the holding cells. 

10:02 a.m., West Street. Company reported past larceny of copper rods.
