Here's a closer look at the Medfield police log.

The following information was provided by the Medfield Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Here is a look at the Medfield safety logs for Nov. 30 and Dec. 1.  

Saturday, Nov. 30

12:08 a.m., West Street. Caller reported cars in and out of Sluggers Academy parking lot. Police said there was no one around.

12:40 a.m., Lakewood Drive. Caller reported a suspicious vehicle at the end of the street and asked for it to be checked out. Gone on arrival.

10:07 a.m., Nebo Street. Caller reported an animal in the street in front of her house that has been hit but is still alive. The Animal Control officer removed the dead animal.

1:07 p.m., station. Man came into station to say he no longer works in Medfield. He did check in with Walpole Police on Nov. 28. 

3:31 p.m., Wood End Lane. Caller said a silver minivan pulled into her driveway and took some pictures of her house. Gone on arrival.

3:49 p.m., North Meadows Road. Traffic enforcement.

4:14 p.m., North Meadows Road. Police pulled over a 2005 Dodge Ram 150. Police are seeking a summons for a 35-year-old male resident of Highland Street in Framingham for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

5:59 p.m., Spring Street. Traffic control at St. Edwards Parish. 

7:10 p.m., Main Street. E911 callers reported a car crash at Main and Millbrook. Cars were a 2009 Mazda CX7, 2009 Toyota Corolla, 2000 Mercury. Walpole and Millis ambulances were also called. Medfield Ambulance took a patient to Norwood. Millis took one to Norwood. Walpole had four refusals. Fire Chief Bill Kingsbury brought four into the station to wait for a ride.  

Sunday, Dec. 1

4:30 a.m., High Street. Caller said someone just tried to open the basement door. Police responded and spoke with the caller. No problem.

6:37 a.m., Spring Street. Several callers reported ice roads on Route 27 by Walpole and Main Street by Bridge Street. DPW notified.

6:44 a.m., High Street. Car accident involving a 2005 Dodge Ram truck. Car was pulled back onto the road. 

7:43 a.m., Main Street at Trailside Road. Caller reported a disabled motor vehicle (2010 Kia); a tow truck will be there in one hour.

7:59 a.m., Philip Street. Caller said area needs to be sanded. DPW notified.

8:13 a.m., Spring Street. Traffic control at St. Edwards Church.

9:09 a.m., North Meadows Road. E911 caller reported a car accident (2001 Ford Mustang) near the Sherborn town line. Car was towed. 

10:38 a.m., 6:48 p.m., Spring Street. Traffic control at St. Edwards Church.

10:42 a.m., Main Street. Traffic control at United Church of Christ. 

1:13 p.m., Wood End Lane. E911 caller said his mother is having a stroke. Medfield Ambulance took her to Norwood Hospital.
