Family Disturbance, Noisy Contractor, Bee Sting, and More

Here's a look at the Medfield police log for July 10 and July 11.

The following information was provided by the Medfield Police Department. All arrests are reported. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Wednesday, July 10

12:15 a.m., Pound Street. Check of Tilden Village.

9 a.m., station. Norfolk radio control test completed for fire department. 

2:31 p.m., Main Street. Car accident in CVS parking lot. 

4:58 p.m., Winter Street. Alarm company reported house alarm on Winter Street. Police checked the house and found it secure.

5:22 p.m., Shaw's Plaza. Resident came into station to report he was being harassed. 

6:44 p.m., Noon Hill Road. E911 caller said his smoke alarm is going off but there is no fire. He doesn't want the fire department to respond. 

6:46 p.m., Millbrook Road. Caller said someone damaged their mailbox. 

7:42 p.m., Wilkins Glen. Caller said there is a contractor working on the road and she asked to have an officer stop the work for the night. Police said the contractor was done. 

10:57 p.m., Wilkins Glen. E911 call was transferred from the state police. Caller reported a family disturbance but would not give her name or address. Police located the family with the verbal argument and peace was restored. 

Thursday, July 11

12:34 a.m., Park Street. Check of Park Street station. 

5:46 a.m., Green Street. E911 caller said her carbon monoxide detector is going off. The fire department responded; all was clear. 

6:11 a.m., West Street. LifeLine said they have a woman who fell and may have broken her arm. Medfield Ambulance took her to Beth Israel Deaconess in Needham. 

6:42 a.m., South Street. E911 caller said she was stung by a bee and she is allergic. Walpole Ambulance responded.
