Here is a look at the Medfield safety logs for Nov. 25, 2013.

Monday, Nov. 25

7:38 a.m., Pound Street. Caller reported a car accident between a 2000 Toyota Sienna and a 2000 Mercury Sable. 

8:28 a.m., Hospital Road. Massachusetts Department of Corrections will have some inmates working at Medfield State Hospital today (Nov 25).

10:58 a.m., Spring Street. E911 caller said he went to the bank and sounded very confused. Medfield Ambulance responded and said the man got someone else's mail. The Senior Center was contacted to get the man some help.

2:18 p.m., Pine Street. Caller said he heard a "big pop" outside and now has no power. Fire Chief Kingsbury said a fuse fell out of the utility pole and NStar was notified.

8:37 p.m., Main Street. Caller said his wife just came home from Shaw's and, while she was in the parking lot, a man started talking to her. She didn't know the man and thinks he might have followed her home. Police investigated. 

10:16 p.m., Main Street. Caller reported a deer hit near 661 Main Street. Police said the deer was dead and the DPW was notified.
