Crash at Route 27 and West Street
Scanner reports that a vehicle crashed shortly after 8 p.m.

7:46 p.m., North Meadows Road at West Street. Several E911 callers reported a car accident with personal injury. Police and Fire Departments responded. Vehicles were a 1997 Chevy Astrovan and a 1999 Ford F150. MedfieldAmbulance took one patient to Beth Israel in Boston; Millis Ambulance took one patient to Framingham. Both cars were towed. Damage to guardrail and street sign.

- Police are seeking a summons for a 40 year old Walpole resident (Gould Street) for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop/yield.

At approximately 8 p.m. on Sunday, police responded to a crash that occurred on Route 27 and West Street in Medfield, according to scanner reports.
