Saturday, Jan. 18

10:49 a.m., West Street. E911 caller requested assistance with a patient who has something in her mouth. The patient is not choking but needs some assistance getting it out. She was taken to Needham. 

12:05 p.m., South Street. An abandoned 911 call came from South Street. Police and Fire responded. There was no answer at the door. Medfield Ambulance gained entry to the house but there was no one home. Appears there is something wrong with the phone lines. 

2:16 p.m., Hearthstone Drive. E911 caller said her 95-year-old mother is possibly dehydrated and can't get out of bed.

2:23 p.m., Pine Street. Car accident involving a 2002 Chevy K1500. 

3:59 p.m., Causeway Street. Caller said he hit a tree on Causeway. 

10:15 p.m., Tallwood Drive. Caller said her husband hurt his back. Medfield Ambulance took him to Beth Israel in Needham. 

Sunday, Jan. 19

6:34 a.m., North Street. Car accident involving a 2005 Ford Taurus. DPW notified of black ice in the area. 

11:10 a.m., Main Street. E911 caller, a visiting nurse, asked for an ambulance for a patient who would like to go to the hospital but can't drive herself. Medfield Ambulance took her to Norwood Hospital. 

2:59 p.m., Pound Street. E911 Lifeline caller said a man at Tilden Village fell and needed help getting up. Medfield Ambulance helped him up and reset Lifeline. 

8:47 p.m., Pleasant Street. E911 caller reported a family disturbance. Caller would not give her name and address for 10 minutes (she was sitting in her car). At 9:20 p.m., police arrested Kai Bao, 53, of 89 Pleasant Street, Apt. 11, Medfield, and charged him with assault and battery. 

9:47 p.m., North Street. Caller reported a disturbance in the area. Police took a Bellingham man, 41, into protective custody.
