A World War II Navy veteran and graduate of Colgate University, he resided in Medfield MA for 23 years before retiring to Florida. In Medfield he was an elected official in town government serving for 10 years on the Park and Recreation Commission where he founded the Medfield Youth Soccer Program. He was a director, president and coach of the BAYS and Pioneer Soccer League for 20 seasons receiving a number of awards and citations for his work on behalf of the children of Medfield and the Boston area. Warren is survived by his wife of 65 years, Evelyn; his two children, Leslie and Craig, both of Marblehead MA; and his brother, Donald. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Parkinson Foundation at Parkinson.org.
