Visions for Vacancies: Former Coldwell Banker Building
What would you like to see occupy the former Coldwell Banker building?
Earlier this year, Coldwell Banker shuttered its Medfield office and moved that staff to its Westwood location.
Since that time, the building at 504 Main Street has remained vacant. Jim James of Park Street Books on the building as the possible new home for New England's largest bookstore, but it was rejected in June.
