POLL: Do you agree with Concord's water bottle ban?

Should water bottles be illegal?

The town of Concord is now the first town in the nation to ban the sale of bottled water in anything less than a one-liter container.

Last week, Attorney General Martha Coakley ruled that the decision made by Concord's April town meeting was legal.

The first offense for selling bottled water in Concord will result in a warning, the second offense is a $25 fine, and each offense thereafter yields a $50 fine.
