The Medfield Foundation Angel Run is a community "fun" raiser and family event. It brings members of Medfield together during a festive time of year to generate funds in support of our neighbors in need. In 2006, family and friends organized the run in remembrance of Natasha Domeshek. Going forward, Medfield Foundation Inc. (Mfi) will continue the holiday tradition. The majority of the proceeds will continue to support town residents through the Medfield Outreach Program and other Mfi Initiatives
The Angel Run is a 5k (3.2 mile) run/walk typically the first Sunday in December. In 2013 the Angel Run will be on Sunday December 8th at 2:00pm. It begins and ends at the Ralph Wheelock Elementary School in Medfield. The race is open to the public and all ages are encouraged to participate. The route is filled with decorations, carolers, water stations and other festive highlights. Upon finishing the race, runners will receive their run times and are invited to a post-run party at the school.
