Obituaries: Anita L. Fournier, Therese M. Angelis

Anita L. Fournier, 82, resided in Medfield from 1963 to 1991. She passed away on Sept. 5, after a period of declining health. Anita left to join her husband and soul mate Raymond Pierre Fournier, who preceded her in death in 1999. Her constant companion Portuguese Water Dog, Roxie and her grand-dog, Morgan, both preceded her in death earlier this year. She was a loving, patient and devoted mother to her only child Margo Fournier of Arvada, CO.

Therese Marie Angelis, 81, of Mashpee, passed on Sept. 3 surrounded by her loving family. Therese, affectionately known as Reesie, was born to the late Edward and Theresa Donohoe of Dorchester, MA on April 6, 1932. She attended Mount Saint Joseph Academy in Brighton and Chandler Secretarial School in Boston. Reesie met and married the late Frank Angelis with whom she shared 54 happy years. Reesie was the loving mother of 6 children. Reesie was also the proud grandmother of 16 wonderful grandchildren. After raising their family in Medfield, Frank and Reesie retired and made their home in New Seabury.
