It has become a fact of life. When you need to find out something you can just “google” it. The trouble is that dealing with the 106,000,000 results can be overwhelming. We have a better solution. Come to the library.
So what can you get at the library that Google doesn’t have? Well, a friendly face and personal service for one thing. For those deep, lengthy and complicated questions the Knowledge & Learning Department is the place to come. The librarians can help you navigate both the print and the online collections. They can even help you navigate Google effectively. There is always a librarian available and if your question or project may take time then you can schedule an appointment with the librarian for more extensive individual attention. The librarians embody years of training in knowing how to locate information in this world of information overload. We can help you learn how to do it too.
