Adorable Dogs Available for Adoption at the Medfield Animal Shelter

Kai, a Spitz mix (our best guess) and Jasmine, a Chesapeake Retriever mix, are two sweet dogs available for adoption.  

Found as a stray locally, Kai has now been neutered and vaccinated and is ready for a new home.  He is young, likely no more than one year old and is very sweet and playful.  He loves other dogs, but can be a bit pushy, so if he as a canine companion, it needs to be one that wants to play and is tolerant of his silliness.  He plays with Jasmine, a dog twice his size and it makes him so happy. He's a cutie!

Jasmine is only around 50 lbs. and acts like a goofy Lab since she loves to play fetch and give kisses. She is the size of a Lab and her body and eyes remind us of a Chesapeake Bay Retriever.  She was surrendered to a local Animal Control Officer when her owner could no longer care for her.  She lived with another dog and has always been well-cared-for and kept up-to-date on her vet care. She turned one year old on November 14th.  She lived with another dog and has been tolerant and very playful with Kai.
