Home Staging helps Sell homes Faster and for more Money!

Here are some tips to help you prepare your home for the Buyer's Market:

  1. Disassociate Yourself With Your Home: Visualize your future; let go of and celebrate in your present home.
  2. De-Personalize Your Home: Remove personal items. Make it easier for the buyer to visualize living in your home.
  3. Simplify: Use it, store it, remove it, or donate it.
  4. Clean Closets in the bedrooms, kitchen and laundry room: Orderly cabinets give the impression of good storage space.
  5. Rent a Storage Unit: Start the process of removing items that personalize or clutter the home.
  6. Remove/Replace Favorite Items: Replace excluded items with simple times wherever possible, such as chandeliers.
  7. Make Minor Repairs: Repair cracks, patch holes, fix leaks, fix doors.
  8. Consider painting your walls neutral colors.
  9. Clean! Clean! Clean: A Clean house is most appealing.
  10. See yourself as the Buyer.
  11. Examine how it looks without an explanation
  12. Check Curb Appeal: Make your home attractive from the street. Add Plants.
