Murder Mystery dinner to benefit Homes for Our Troops

Homes for Our Troops is a national non-profit organization founded in 2004 who are strongly committed to helping those who have selflessly given to our country.

Homes for Our Troops mission is to rebuild the lives of our severely injured Veterans through the gift of a high quality, specially adapted home that provides freedom of movement and the ability to live independently.For the second year in a row the Franklin Elks #2136 along with Waters Corporation,  Milford will be hosting a benefit to raise money and awareness for this charity. Our first event is Saturday July 27th, 2013 at 8 a.m. at Waters Field, Milford, MA and thanks to the many softball players the tournament filled up with in the first day. Our second event is later that evening at the Franklin Elks lodge 1077 Pond St. Franklin doors open at 6:30 p.m for a Murder Mystery Dinner with a theme of "High School Reunion" put on by Brickroad Productions. We will have food, raffles, and a silent auction with some really great prizes.  All proceeds that night will be donated directly to Homes for Our Troops to help build a home for Cpl. Kevin Dubois who was on his second deployment when he lost both of his legs at the hip after stepping on an IED in Helmand Province, Afghanistan on July 31, 2011. Tickets are now available. $30 per person, or $50 per couple.
