And some people did something different and heard Hired! too:

5 people at Johnson & Johnson who posted 22 more jobs

5 people at Netflix who posted 64 more jobs

5 people at Actiance who posted 10 more jobs

This week it's your turn to hear Hired! and here's how to get started:

Step 1: You need to do something different too!STOP listening to all of the bad economic news. Start looking for who just got hired on LinkedIn that you may be connected to. Go to LinkedIn.com and type in the name of any company you may be interested in and you'll see that almost every one of them Hired! somebody last week.

Step 2:Remind yourself that you only need that ONE job. While we all thank you for carrying the burden of the entire economy, that won't help. Focus on just that one job that's right for you. One job at a time we can fix the economy.

Step 3: Think like Steve Jobs. Search for his speeches online and just listen to how differently he thinks. Where did thinking differently get him? Check out the jobs at Apple When you start thinking as differently as Steve Jobs and look for whatever your own calling is, you'll start seeing far more "jobs" than you ever did before.
