Medfield Professional Networking event at Bogey's

Last year, several Medfield residents started a "Linked In" group called Medfield Professionals. Its goal is to provide an on-ine community for folks who live in Medfield that wanted to expand their professional network with other Medfield residents, friends and neighbors. There is now over 300 active members.

This past November, the group held its first Medfield Professional Networking event at Bogey's, at the Kingsbury Club and  it was a huge success. There was another event in January and there will be another one on April 13 at Bogey's.

There will be a $5 donation at the door, which will be collected and donated 100 percent to the Medfield Food Pantry; there is a cash bar and based on feedback – a great way to connect with other Medfield residents.

The purpose of the evening is to network for new business contacts; learn about possible job openings at member's employers; catch up with old friends; see how members of this group could help each other generate new business; get feedback on a business question; etc.

There will not be any speakers, product demos etc. There is no pressure as it is a social event to meet and network with others from Medfield.
