Yoga Basics-Free Class!

Always wanted to try yoga? Have some intentions for 2014? Yoga Basics is perfect for you! This class is slower-paced, focusing on the intricacy of poses, the practice of breath, centering and meditation. Students will start to build a strong yoga foundation, including postures and alignment, awareness of the breath and various practices to bring stillness to their lives. This class is for All Levels, including beginning practitioners and those with experience who wish to deepen their practice. Pre-registration is recommended.
