Yoga Basics - FREE CLASS!



Always wanted to try yoga?






Join us for a FREE
class with flowing postures including standing poses, hip openers,
shoulder openers, and back bends. We will slow things down to bring
focus to the correct alignment of the poses, awareness of breath,
centering and meditation. This is a good class for newer or beginner
yogis.
