Elizabeth has been weaving more than 10
years and will be exhibiting kitchen towels at the sale.  She is available for teaching at Danforth Art
in Framingham as well as in her own studio in Wrentham.  You can reach her at Elizabeth
Springett@hotmail.com.

At the sale, members of the Guild will
exhibit and sell a wide selection of juried handwoven articles such as scarves,
shawls, clothing, handbags, table linens, towels, rugs, wall hangings and more.

Judith Shangold, chairperson for the 2013 sale, invites you to
see the show and learn more about the ancient craft of handweaving. “Come find
unusual, one-of-a-kind gifts and
gorgeous pieces with which to decorate
yourself and your home. Meet the artists in a warm and friendly setting. Visitors will
enjoy the exciting spectrum of colors and textures of the beautifully crafted
articles, all handmade by fiber artists from New England”.

A portion of the proceeds is used to
support the study of weaving and textiles.
