Upside Down: Yoga Inversion Workshop
Have you always wanted to try a handstand or shoulder stand in class, but are not sure how to do it? Balancing upside down doesn’t have to be intimidating when you learn the fundamentals that lead to a safe and supportive inversion. This workshop is designed to teach you the step-by-step progression how to safely make your way into a supported Shoulder Stand (Sarvangasana) or Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana). Space will be limited to allow students to ask questions, and have a safe environment to learn, practice and play in any or all of these inversions.
