The Power of Music -- A Night of Inspiration...a Night of Music

- Hear Matt Savage's story about overcoming the challenges of autism and launching an award-winning jazz career at age 8.
- Listen to Matt perform solo on piano, and with MHS Jazz Combo.
- Hear from Rhoda Bernard, autism and music expert at The Boston Conservatory about how music can transform lives -- not just for children and adults with autism, but with other special needs too.
- Enjoy performances by students in the Conservatory's autism program and Medfield Marimba.
The event is free, but the Medfield Music Association asks for a suggested $5 donation at the door to help launch a new scholarship for children with special needs. Seats must be reserved in advance since this is expected to be a full-house event. Walk-ins will be allowed if space is available.
