Thanksgiving Morning Yoga
Carve out time for morning yoga and feel good in all ways-- body and
soul. You will get a well-rounded practice as we will focus on an
energizing sequence of sun salutations and standing poses, followed by a
gentle cool-down. There will be time to sit in silence together, and
give thanks for the abundance of our lives.
Please bring a couple of non-perishable items for the Medfield Food
Cupboard.
Space is limited so early registration is recommended.
