The Conservation Commission will meet at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 5
The agenda includes:
1. Continue review of a Notice of Intent filed by The Parc at Medfield Limited Partnership, Brian J. McMillin, for construction of a 92-unit residential rental community on West Street, consisting of four garden-style residential buildings, a clubhouse, maintenance building and miscellaneous amenities. Portions of the proposed work will take place within 100 feet of protected wetlands.
2. Review a Request for Determination of Applicability from Michael and Martha Festa for construction of an addition and expansion of a screened/deck/porch at 16 Quail Run within 100 feet of a protected wetlands.
