Get your giggle on from 7:30pm to 8:30pm at the Meetinghouse of the First Universalist Society in Franklin, 262 Chestnut Street, Franklin! Warm up from winter with playful laughter exercises that help you connect with yourself and others in a safe and supportive atmosphere. Leave calm after a guided relaxation that will bliss you out! No need for mats or special outfits. Just come in comfy clothes and bring a willingness to get in touch with your fun-loving inner child. Any age and any level of physical ability can participate in this uplifting experience!
