Westwood Ringers Christmas Concert on Saturday at FBC in Medfield

FBC Medfield is so excited to bring this program to Medfield. Please join us on Saturday, Dec. 1st at 7:30pm and “ring” in the Christmas Spirit.

The program will include both traditional carols and secular Christmas music, and is designed to appeal to the entire family. A few of the selections to be rung are “O Holy Night,” the French carol “He Is Born,” “Caroler’s Hoedown,” “Jingle Bell Rock” and “The Skater’s Waltz.”

The Westwood Ringers is a group of eleven adults who ring handbell music on a set of sixty-one tuned bronze bells and forty-nine hand chimes. They have performed many concerts in the Boston area since originally formed in 1965. In addition, the group has taken three European concert tours – to England in 1999, to Germany and Austria in 2002, and to Ireland in 2005.
