What better way to spend a day off school (Feb. 1) than at New England’s largest tubing park? On Friday, join Medfield Parks and Recreation as we experience the newest winter recreational activity when we head to Nashoba Valley in Westford for an afternoon filled of snow tubing.
The trip will include three hours on the tubing trail and bus transportation to and from Nashoba Valley. What better way to spend a day off from school?
When: Friday, Feb. 1, 2013 from 11:45am to 5:30pm

Who: Students from Dale St. School and Blake Middle School
Pickup: Everyone will be picked up, by bus, at the Pfaff Center.

Drop off: The buses will return to the Pfaff Center by 5:30pm. Students can be picked up at the bus
circle in front of Dale Street School.
Cost: $65 per child, includes bus transportation and three hours on the tube trails
Minimum required: In order to take this trip, we need at least 40 signed up by the deadline
Registration deadline: Jan. 30, 2013
Other information: There is a snack stand at the tube trails where refreshments will be served, so please send money with your child if you want them to get a snack or drink. Proper attire for this trip is warm winter clothes, gloves and winter hat, and snow pants are recommended. For full

Chaperones are needed for this trip! If you can volunteer your time, please let us know! We’d like to have at least one adult for every five children that make the trip. Volunteer chaperones are essential for outings like this!
