Clothing & Baby Equipment Sale
What can and will be sold?
Children’s clothing up to and including size 14. Woman’s maternity clothes, baby equipment and furniture, such as cribs, dressing tables, high chairs, dressers, strollers, potty seats, etc. Only large toys such as slides, playhouses, and riding toys are accepted.
** LITTLE TOYS, PUZZLES, GAMES, BOOKS, ETC. WILL NOT BE SOLD**
All clothing should be clean and without stains or tears. Dresses should be on hangers. All equipment should be in good working order with no missing parts. Broken equipment and/or recalled items will not be accepted for sale.

A limited amount of large sports equipment will be available.
Accepted equipment includes bikes, skates, skateboards, tennis rackets, baseball bats & gloves, hockey, football, golf and ski (w/brake bindings only) equipment. All equipment must be in good condition. Broken equipment and/or recalled items will not be accepted.

Buyer & Seller Information
Items may be sold by Medfield residents only. Anyone may shop.
Before noon − Sellers may pick up items they do not want sold at half price or donated.
12:00 pm − Items will be sold at ½ price.
Before 1:00 pm − Pick up items you do not want sold.
1:00 pm − $5 per bag of clothes.
1:00 pm − Make-me-an-offer on equipment.
After 1:30 pm − Items left here will be donated to charity.
Purchasing Your Tags
Tags are available for purchase at the Pfaff Center.
Clothing tags are sold in bunches of 25 for $2
Equipment tags are sold in bunches of 5 for $1.
5,000 tags available, due to space issues.
Purchase early before they’re sold out!
Pricing and Selling Your
Items
Once you have received your tags, price your items
by writing your code, amount, size and description clearly on the tag.
(Example: code #, $2,
girls t-shirt / size 6)
(Please
price items in whole dollar amounts)
A few weeks after the sale you will receive a
check in the mail for 65% of the total sale of your items. 35% will go to
improve Parks and Recreation facilities and/or programs.
Dropping Off Your Sale Items
Please deliver items to the Pfaff Center
sorted by size and gender. Items on hangers sell better, please put clothes on
hangers if possible. Two piece outfits and shoes should be marked as one item and
securely fastened together.
Items must be dropped off between 2:00 pm and 6:00
pm on Friday, April 11, 2014.
No early drop-offs accepted during class times. All items must be sorted
according to size and boys or girls.
Volunteers Needed
If you are interested in
volunteering to help, you must be available Friday, April 11, 2014 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm for
set-up and Saturday,
April 12, 2014 for at least a 3 hour block of time to work the sale. Due
to the overwhelming response in the past, we can only accept volunteers who can
work both days.
