Here's a look at the agenda for tonight's Planning Board meeting which will include Starbucks, Montrose School, zoning bylaw change regarding a Medical Marijuana Treatment Center (MMTC), and more. 

The meeting will take place today, Monday, April 1, at 8 p.m. at the Town House. 

Here is the agenda:

8 p.m., Public Hearing -- Proposed zoning bylaw amendment regarding medical marijuana treatment center.

8:10 p.m., Approval Not Required -- Peter Smith/Esperanza 28 LLC, 428 Main Street. To make an unbuildable parcel to be combined with 28 South Street.

8:15 p.m. Public Hearing -- Montrose School, 29 North Street, seeks site plan approva for arts and athletic building (continued from 2/25/13).

9 p.m., Public Hearing -- Medfield 467 Main LLC, 467 Main Street, Medfield, seeks site plan approval for Starbucks coffee shop (continued from 2/25/13).
