Selectmen Agenda: Council on Aging, Medfield State Hospital and Warrant Committee

The Medfield Board of Selectmen meet Tuesday at 7 p.m. on the second floor of Town Hall.

The Medfield Board of Selectmen meet for the first time in 2012 Tuesday to discuss town business.

Roberta Lynch, the director of the Council on Aging, will meet with the selectmen to discuss the MetroWest Health Foundation grant pertaining to the Adult Respite Care program. Selectmen will also discuss the town’s Suburban Coalition annual membership and hear an update on the status of the former Medfield State Hospital.

The selectmen are expected to take action and vote to approve the Statement of Interest for the Dale Street School projects as recommended by Bob Maguire, Superintendent of Schools. The selectmen are expected to authorize chairman Osler Peterson as Medfield’s representative at the Massachusetts Municipal Association’s annual meeting in January.

The Warrant Committee will meet at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to review and discuss the budget process.

The Board of Selectmen meet every first and third Tuesday of each month on the second floor of at 7 p.m. The meetings are open to the public and broadcasted on Medfield TV.
