Every summer, I get into a fruit smoothie kick. They're refreshing and can be a really healthy alternative to ice cream or other frozen snacks!
I usually take these ingredients, measure them to taste, and toss them in a blender ... but I found these measurements on Smoothie Web to make the recipe a little more clear.

I have used different fruits for this and it's turned out well. I have also used rice milk instead of dairy milk. For a little extra kick, I sometimes add about a tablespoon of lemon or lime juice.
Here's what you need:

- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup 1% milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2-3 ice cubes (optional)
Here's what you do:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth or to desired consistency, and then serve in glasses.
