As we approach flu season, many do not wait to protect themselves, taking advantage of flu clinics or local chain pharmacies like CVS or Walgreens to get their flu shot.
The flu vaccine fights off three strains of the virus, but vaccines aren't the only way to protect oneself from the seasonal virus. So, we are asking Medfield residents what precautions they take to stay healthy as the temperatures drop and the season moves along.
