Police Log Including Drug Arrest, Home Alone, and Speeding Charger

Here is the Medfield Police Log for Oct. 10 and Oct. 11.

5:31 p.m., Adams Street. Caller said she is trying to reach her 10-year-old son who is home alone and not picking up the phone. Police reached him by phone and he will call his mother. Police also stopped by to confirm, and father came home at that time.

6:03 p.m., Pleasant Street. Ambulance responded to a smoke detector going off.

8:07 p.m., Oak Street. Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct after a woman reported a problem with an ex-boyfriend. A verbal warning was issued.

9:24 p.m., Frairy Street. A 911 caller reported her daughter may have taken some drugs. The EMTs responded and arrested a 20-year-old girl for possession of heroin, possession of a Class B drug, and two counts of possession of a Class C drug.

9:38 p.m., Frairy Street. Caller reports a woman had passed out. She was taken to Norwood Hospital.

Thursday, Oct. 11

7:48 a.m., Walden Court. Alarm company reported a motion alarm; they called back at 7:51 a.m. to cancel.

8:04 a.m., South and Main Streets. A moving van was broken down at the intersection and help was on the way.

9:47 a.m., Stagecoach Road. Accidental 911 caller. Police called back and woman said the baby had accidentally grabbed the phone.

10:58 a.m., Wood End Lane. Accidental alarm set by homeowner.

12:07 p.m., Minuteman Road. Walk-in report of credit card fraud.

2:06 p.m., South Street at Route 27. Caller reported a large concrete spill. Concrete company was contacted for clean-up.

7:57 p.m., Wood End Lane. Caller reported a yellow Charger speeding in the area. Gone on arrival.

10:43 p.m., North Street. Walk in report of a water leak at North and Frairy Streets. Town departments were notified.
