Pet of the Week: Meet 'Yoshi'

Each week we will feature a pet from the Medfield Animal Shelter who is in need of a loving home. Meet Yoshi!

Yoshi is a very sweet, one or two year old Chihuahua/Boston Terrier mix (that's a guess) who is neutered, up to date on vaccines and even microchipped. He was very sweet and well-behaved for his recent vet visit.  He was found as a stray in Springfield and was so scared at the shelter there that he acted very, very shy and just cowered in the corner of his kennel and shook. He was transferred to Medfield thanks to the Massachusetts Animal Coalition's PILOT program in hopes he would be happier in a smaller shelter, and it appears that he is indeed much happier! He is a little bit shy but really very sweet and friendly. He loves to go for walks and seems to be housebroken. We are not yet sure how he is with kids and other dogs although he seems fine around the little dog he arrived with. Please fill out the dog adoption application on MedfieldShelter.com if you are interested in giving this cutie a home.
