Meet 'Lady' The Lab

Lady is a Lab mix, with the emphasis on mix. She is smaller than most Labs, weighing around 40 lbs.

The Medfield Animal Shelter said Lady is looking for a home and described her as very sweet and friendly.

"She loves to play with her toys, gets along great with other dogs and is curious about everything," the Shelter said. "She is housebroken. She loves to fetch and loves to play in the snow. She knows sit and stay and is quiet and well-behaved in her kennel.  Lady loves to be petted and brushed, and is very happy to hang out with our volunteers, even when her canine friends are outside playing."

Lady likely would fit well with an active family that will walk her on a daily basis. Lady is spayed and up-to-date on her vaccinations and heartworm preventative.  Please call the Shelter at (508) 359-8989 if you would like to set up an appointment to meet Lady.

The Shelter has several house rabbits, including an adorable dwarf bunny, many cats in all shapes and sizes, and a funny and super sweet Beagle mix currently looking for homes.  You can see their photos on the Shelter's website, and on its Facebook page.  The shelter is currently in need of donations of cat litter and greens for our rabbits (romaine lettuce, parsley, kale).  Donations can be dropped off at the shelter.
