Blake Middle School Loses Teacher: Sad news came out of Medfield Monday as the school community learned Blake Middle School physical education teacher and Medfield High School boys' basketball assistant coach, Ken Brackett, passed away suddenly in his Ashland home after collapsing. Check back for this morning's story on the tragic news and for updates as more information regarding Brackett's loss becomes available. Medfield Patch's condolences go out to the entire Brackett family and Medfield community.

Band-O-Rama Concert: There will be a performance from concert bands in grades 5 through 12 tonight in the Lowell Mason Auditorium of the high school at 7 p.m. You will also be able to buy Jazz Night concert tickets at the event. Tuesday's concert is open to all.
