Five Things You Need to Know Today in Medfield, June 7

Here's a look at the day ahead.

Today's Forecast: Tuesday's weather, according to the National Weather Service based in Taunton, calls for patchy fog before 8 a.m. Otherwise, sunny, with a high near 85. Northwest wind between 3 and 6 mph.  Tuesday Night: A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms before 7 p.m, then a slight chance of thunderstorms after midnight. Partly cloudy, with a low around 61. Southwest wind between 3 and 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.

Notable Events:

  • The Medfield Board of Selectmen will meet at 7 p.m. at the Medfield Town Hall. 
  • The Dale Street School  will perform a concert tonight at the High School beginning at 7 pm.
  •  will hold sign-ups tonight from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm in the Memorial School Gym. 
  • Extra: The 2011 Boys Soccer Team are hosting the Italian  tonight between 5 and 8 p.m. 

Warriors' Tournament Game:  Medfield  team will travel to Wellesley for the MIAA Division 2 East Quarterfinal round of the state tournament at 5 p.m.
