Today's Forecast: Wednesday's weather, according to the National Weather Service based in Taunton, calls for a chance of showers, mainly after noon. Patchy fog before 8 a.m. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a high near 74. Calm wind becoming east between 5 and 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.  Wednesday Night: Showers likely, mainly after midnight. Patchy fog after 1 a.m. Otherwise, cloudy, with a low around 62. East wind around 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70 percent. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.
