Today's Forecast: Wednesday's weather, according to the National Weather Service based in Taunton, calls for a chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 3 p.m. Patchy fog before 9 a.m. Otherwise, mostly sunny, with a high near 84. Southwest wind between 8 and 16 mph, with gusts as high as 26 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.   Wednesday Night: A chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 8 p.m. Partly cloudy, with a low around 57. West wind between 6 and 13 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
