High School State Tournaments Get Underway: Monday is the official start to the high school state tournament season and the Medfield High School boys' hockey team takes the ice for a first round game against Silver Lake in Brockton at 8 p.m. The rink is located behind the high school. The rest of the Warriors' teams are in action throughout the week so check back at Medfield Patch throughout the week to follow all of Big Blue's action.

Volunteers in the Community: Two young sisters in Medfield recently donated their Valentine's Day money to the Medfield Animal Shelter because they wanted to help the animals find a home. Read the story today at 2 p.m.
