Weekend Forecast: Saturday's weather, according to the National Weather Service based in Taunton, calls for mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny and hot, with a high near 98. Heat index values as high as 102. West wind between 3 and 11 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph. Saturday night: Mostly clear, with a low around 67. West wind between 3 and 7 mph. Sunday: Sunny, with a high near 86. North wind between 6 and 10 mph. Sunday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 58. Light north wind.

Notable Events:

  • The play Wellesley South for the Sectional 3 title Saturday at 2 p.m. at Kelley Field of the Norwood Little League Complex, 1315 Washington St., Norwood.
  • There will be an All-Star Salute to Our Nation’s Military Men & Women Benefit Concert at Showcase Live (Patriot Place in Foxborough) on Saturday at 12:30 p.m.
  • The “Roomful of Blues” will perform at Showcase Live in Foxborough on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m. and seating is at a first come, first serve basis.

Zullo Gallery Exhibit: art exhibit "Urban Scenes, Buildings and Places" will be on display every Saturday and Sunday from July 9 to Sept.1.

Urban Scenes, Buildings and Places, features art by Nancy Deveno, Sean Flood, Rick Legge, and David Sturtevant. Zullo Gallery Center is located at 456 Main St. in Medfield.  Gallery hours are Saturday and Sunday from noon to 5 pm. 

The Gazebo Player’s Presents: The Comedy of Errors: The Gazebo Players of Medfield is back again this summer for their 10th annual Shakespeare in the Park production. This year’s show is The Comedy of Errors, a farce involving two sets of identical twins and a seemingly endless stream of mistaken identities. The first show is Saturday at 5 p.m. at the Gazebo in front of the . Other shows are on July 24, July 30 and July 31.
