Five Things, Including Scarecrow Shirts and Farmers' Market

Here's a list of good things to know as you start your "First Thursday" in Medfield.

 

1. The Zullo Gallery roof deck will be open tonight from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.  

2. Today's library events include the Tony Carelli Jazz Quintet from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Other library events include Chess Club at 4:30 p.m. For a complete list of library events, click here.

3. Medfield Farmers' Market continues through Oct. 11. Stop in before the season ends! 

4. Conservation Commission will meet tonight at 7:30 p.m. in the Chenery Room at the Town House to discuss DCAM test borings at former Medfield State Hospital, and a proposed retaining wall on Marlyn Road. Agenda here.

5. Do you have any worn plaid shirts and jeans? If so, the Johnson family is collecting them to make scarecrows for auction at the annual golf tournament to raise money for Families of Spinal Muscular Atrophy. They can be dropped off at the Johnson house until noon on Friday.
