Elderly Man Fell at Home, Then Taken to Hospital Next Day for Broken Ankle

Tuesday, March 5

12:08 p.m., Main Street. Caller reported he was just in a motor vehicle accident (no personal injury) in front of Citizens' Bank. Police helped parties exchange paperwork.

1:30 p.m., North Street. Walk-in report of an iPad lost at a local restaurant. 

3:45 p.m., Hospital Road. Caller said the school bus just went through the railroad crossing when the lights were on and flashing. Caller was very upset. Police determined the bus is not part of Medfield's fleet.

7:31 p.m., Pound Street. LifeLine reported that a man who fell and needs help getting up.

Wednesday, March 6

7:19 a.m., Pound Street. Traffic enforcement. 

9:18 a.m., Pound Street. A Tilden Village resident said he fell last night and may have broken his ankle. Medfield Ambulance took him to Norwood Hospital.
