With this annual "setback," comes a little bit of bad news but a lot of good news.

Bad News:

  • You may lose one hour of sleep

Good News:

  • It will now stay lighter later in the day
  • We're one step closer to spring which brings us one step closer to summer!
  • The lost hour falls on a Saturday overnight so you sleep in on Sunday before getting up and starting your brighter day with the Patch Newsletter.
