Today's Forecast: Tuesday's weather, according to the National Weather Service based in Taunton, calls for mostly sunny, with a high near 65. North wind between 7 and 16 mph. Wednesday Night: Clear, with a low around 36. North wind between 5 and 10 mph.

  • Pattycake Place Story Time at will be held at 10:45 a.m. Children, ages 0-23 months old are invited to particpate in the interactive storytime with their caregivers. Also at the library Wednesday, will be the Book Bunch Storytime, beginning at 11:30 a.m. for preschoolers, ages 2 and 3.
  • Open Houses for parents of students grades 9 through 12 will be held at the high school, beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Warriors' Wednesday

  • The boys' golf team travels to Holliston for a 3 p.m. match against the Panthers. The Warriors are currently undefeated and atop the Tri-Valley League standings.
  • The boys' and girls' cross country teams will host Bellingham at 3:30 p.m. at McCarthy Fields on Hospital Road. Both Warriors' teams are currently undefeated.
  • The boys' and girls' soccer teams travel to Norton to face the Lancers. The boys' play at 5 p.m. while the girls' play at 3:30 p.m.
  • The Medfield girls' volleyball team hosts Bishop Feehan at 6:30 p.m. in the MHS gym.

Free 'Calm Mother, Happy Child' Workshop:  The Holistic Wellness Center will host a workshop titled: "Calm Mother, Happy Child" at 7 p.m. at the center on West Street. The workshop will be using the science of Mind Body Health. Participants will hear about ways to manage the challenges and re-discover the joy of motherhood. The talk will describe specific strategies to help manage the physical and emotional symptoms of stress, and become more resilient.
